  • The primary location for all trainings is at Dynamic Training in Rocklin, CA as this provides students with the best place to work on speed, strength, and agility training. Dynamic Training is equipped with everything needed to help elevate achieve their fitness goals.

  • Sterling Strength & Fitness is an authorized vendor for Visions in Education, Cottonwood Charter, and South Sutter Charter. This means that if your athlete is a student at one of these partner charters, they will be able to use their funding to cover the cost of training.

    To use school funding, you will order sessions through your charter school and they will pay Sterling Strength & Fitness.

  • If you are ready to get started with Sterling Strength & Fitness or wanting to know more about what Coach Chet offers, start by fill out the form below. Coach Chet will then contact you, work with you to schedule a trial training session.

  • Coach Chet will work with you to find a time that is best for you. Most charter students train at Dynamic Training in the morning or early afternoon hours during the week. Coach Chet will work with you to find the best time possible for your schedule.

  • Sterling Strength & Fitness prioritizes training young athletes. Coach Chet tailors all training sessions to an athletes age, skills, and priorities. Coach Chet and has students as young as 5 years old and others all the way up through Senior year of High School. The training can vary from more of a basic PE for younger athletes to a very intense and focused training for those looking to get more out of each session.

    How often you train is up to you. Some athletes train weekly, while others train every other week. Coach Chet will work with you to figure out the best approach.
